1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Order Cancellation by Mehranvi
Mehranvi reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
