Mehranvi shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the package and product.
